Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.)

1. Withdrawal Policy for Services

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price once the service has been fully performed, if the consumer has expressly agreed before performance begins that the trader starts performance before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed knowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance by the trader.

2. Withdrawal Policy for Digital Content

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium that obliges the consumer to pay a price, if:

1. the consumer has expressly agreed that the trader begins performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and

2. the consumer has acknowledged that by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon the start of contract performance; and

3. the trader has provided the consumer with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable time after conclusion of the contract, at the latest upon provision of the digital content, which includes:

- the content of the contract, and
- confirmation that the consumer expressly agreed to the start of performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
